Tradesrecognition.com was formed in mid 2008 as a means of providing a central site, for providing solutions to clients, wishing to be skills assessed, or educated to Australian standards. The consortia formed relationships with 11 Registered Training Organisations (RTO's) to provide over 200+ qualifications and 300+ short courses to its clients.
The consortia members have signed a Corporate Agreement and comply with a single Code of Practice. The Corporate Agreement requires the use of standardised assessment tools, processes and benchmarks. The Code of Practice requires consortia members to implement policies and management practices that commit members to maintaining professional standards in the delivery of education and training services, within international operations, which safeguard the educational interests of all stakeholders and provides integrity to the process.
