The CSTC Pty Ltd is an independent not-for-profit Queensland training company established in 1994 by the Builders Labourers Federation (BLF) Queensland (Australia) to provide training for all construction workers and to particularly target skills development for those members of the construction workforce for which there was no training previously available including:-
- Cert I - IV training and assessment services for the General and Civil Construction Industries including pre-vocational programs.
- Qualifications include Concreting, Steelfixing, Rigging, Scaffolding, Bridge and Road Construction and Maintenance, Plant Operations, Pipe Laying, Trenchless Technology, Construction Supervision and Operations, Contract Administration and Estimating.
- All High Risk Work and Loadshifting and assessment plus WHSO, Safety Representative, Confined Space Safety, Traffic Control, First Aid, White Card, Asbestos A & B, Demolition, Safe Work at heights and Swing Stage.
