Tradesrecognition have assessed many applicants from all over the world with a 100% success rate. We have worked in accordance with the intent of the Australian Government and as such, conduct Skills Assessments/RPL in accordance with the Associated Training Package.
The consortium has, at present, qualified assessors based in 7 different countries, who undertake current operations in training and skills assessments, including RPL.
It is a prerequisite for all consortia members' assessors to be trade current in their respective trade qualifications and hold the TAA04 qualification. All assessors undertake continuous professional development, through an ongoing dedicated programme, conducted by the consortia.
Assessors within the consortia are currently located within the following countries:
The basis of workplace assessments is that the assessor can visually see all of the requirements of the Training Package. To conduct a workplace assessment over webcam for a trade qualification is not compliant, nor endorsed and will more than likely not achieve the requirements of the Training Package, the Government or industry.
"We are not migration agents disguised as training organisations. We provide a pathway for applicants through a live workplace assessment, in accordance with Trades Recognition Australia requirements. In essence a live workplace visit must be conducted by a qualified assessor. Anything less is not meeting the needs of migration or the industry that the worker intends going to. "
"Any organisation who isn't going to the workplace on every visit, is selling Australian Jobs Short and is not meeting the needs of the client." - Phil Smith 2009
